Magkape
Individual Project
Published in 2026
Brand Identity, Creative Direction, Art Direction
A conceptual café rooted in community, culture, and design, exploring how coffee can act as a medium for storytelling. Magkape means “have a coffee” in Tagolog and this project blends Filipino influence with a contemporary sensibility, creating a space that feels both grounded and expressive.
The identity extends across menu design, product naming, packaging, and in-store messaging, balancing clarity with a more abstract, editorial tone. From thoughtfully written menu descriptions to the development of house drinks and branded elements like coffee bags, every touchpoint contributes to a cohesive narrative that feels intentional and immersive.
